About Me
I’m a leadership coach and strategist with over two decades of experience supporting nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community organizers.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, systems change, and leader sustainability. I believe leadership should not require self-sacrifice and sustainable impact begins with leaders who are resourced, supported, and in integrity with themselves and their communities.
I founded my first nonprofit at 25, have raised more than $2 million for organizations I built, and hold a Master of Social Work.
I work at two levels. With individual leaders, I offer leadership coaching and strategic support to nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, small business owners, and mission-driven founders navigating systems that were not designed for their wellbeing. With organizations, boards, and teams, I offer strategic planning, leadership development, and facilitation. Both happen through SIO Consulting, grounded in the same values.
