These “Coaching containers” are time-bound engagements that include a set number of sessions, ongoing support between sessions, and a shared commitment to work at depth.
Rather than billing hourly, containers allow us to work with continuity, supporting insight, integration, and sustained change over time.
Not ready for a container? If you need help with one decision or deadline, a 30-minute Strategy Session ($50) is a great place to start.
A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available for leaders working in under-resourced communities. Availability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
